I’ve been using Chrisandra for a while now and I’ve never been more confident in receiving a clean manuscript back from an editor than I am when she sends my story back to me. Since I write both PNR why choose AND dark why choose romance, it’s great having someone flexible in what they are willing to edit (especially since the things I write can be a little twisted).

Using her for line edits, I find that she is thorough, efficient, and helpful. She makes notes/comments about possible changes in sentence structure, terminology, etc. to make what I’ve written stronger. Occasionally she’ll add in an opinion/comment that will make me laugh. On top of great edits, she has a fantastic turnaround time. She’ll get your manuscript back to you on the day she sets- which is super important. Another thing I love about her is that if I have a question about the story I can reach out and she’s happy to give me her opinion or feedback- even after I’ve gotten the story back. Overall, she’s super friendly, great at line edits, and a huge help overall. I cannot recommend her enough!

There are many things that make Indie Authors want to pull their hair out and throw in the towel. Finding an editor that fits with them is one of them. I was referred to Chrisandra from one of my alpha readers and I thank my lucky stars that I was. I was on a very tight schedule for the first book that she edited for me and was nervous I wouldn’t find a good editor that was willing to work with me. Chrisandra not only took the job on, but she exceeded my timeline and had my book back to me before I needed it.

The quality of her work is top tier. She picked up on a mistake I made in the timeline for my book. The biggest advice she gave me was about how song titles should be properly written. Since most of my stories have scenes where a song is playing, this helped more than she probably realizes. She is always available to answer any question I have while writing a story. Not only is her work the best, but she allows you to make payments, which, to an Indie Author, is a lifesaver.

I met Chrisandra through my friend Aidy Award. She couldn’t stop telling me all the great things about this lady. I am a new author and had used several other editors and we just did not hit it off.
